    • Full written reports provided.

  • Team leadership assessment and development

    • Two-hour debrief session (in-person or virtual).

    • Scored using the Hogan Team Report to evaluate strengths and blind spots of the team.

  • Executive selection insight

    • Making an executive selection decision between your top candidates can be difficult.  With consent of leadership and candidates, RLS can help.​

    • Online completion of the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), Hogan Development Survey (HDS), and Motives, Values, & Preferences Inventory (MVPI).​

    • Responses scored against the global senior & executive norms.

    • Two-hour debrief session (in-person or virtual).

    • Comparative report provided to leadership or board members.

  • 1:1 & team booster coaching

    • Upon completion of individual or team leadership assessment and debrief, weekly coaching is available for those wanting to focus development efforts on specific behavior change.​

    • Ideal for leaders who value assessment-driven development opportunities that strengthen their impact within their respective organization.

    • Because development efforts are focused on specific behaviors, most coaching arrangements last between 2 and 6 months.
